The WFJ turbine crusher is developed through advanced technology research both internally and externally by our company. This machine is widely used for crushing low hardness materials such as chemicals, dyes and pigments, coatings, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, food, ceramics, non-metallic minerals, etc.
WFJ turbine crusher main structure composition:
The machine is mainly composed of components such as the casing, door, turbine, main shaft, and screen mesh. During operation, the motor drives the spindle and turbine to rotate at high speed. The gear plate on the turbine and screen ring is composed reasonably and has a compact structure, which enables the material entering the machine to tightly rub and strongly impact the inner edge of the turbine blades in the rotating airflow, and grind again in the gap between the blades and the grinding block. During this process, the turbine draws in a large amount of air, serving the purpose of cooling, grinding, and conveying fine powder. The fineness of material crushing depends on the size of the material sieve and the passage rate of material and air. The bearing is equipped with a unique labyrinth seal, which effectively prevents dust from entering and extends the service life of the bearing. The machine door is equipped with two O-ring seals, which are dust-free.
The crushed material is uniformly added to the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper, and is crushed by shearing, impact, and grinding under the action of a high-speed rotating turbine. After being crushed to a qualified fineness, it is discharged from the crushing chamber through a sieve and directly falls into the bag. The produced dust enters the dust removal box under the suction of the fan, and is intercepted by the filter bag. After stopping the machine, the fine powder adsorbed on the bag can be pumped into the collection box below. This avoids dust flying and allows for material recycling, meeting GMP requirements. The particle size of the material can be obtained by replacing the sieve with different aperture sizes.
